First time at Dunkin in the UK and it was really nice they have self service or counter , a good selection of dognuts and pastries. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere would definitely recommend and go again.

Ana, is an amazing hostess! She guided me through downloading the app😁got a free coffee. However I did not like the doughnut which was too sweet for my liking. Lovely service👌🏽

I was served by a lovely young lady catarina. She was so friendly, really made my day. Usually wouldn’t visit a place like dunkin but will definitely be back!

My family love dunkin donuts, one of the best around and preferred over Tim Horton's/other competitors. Krispy Kreme is still right up there but Dunkin's donuts are slightly different, a bit more plump and a bit more busy with decor and flavours. I personally like the Cookie Creme Blast but they have tonnes of variation.

Yummy fresh doughnuts today! I've been a few times but today's doughnuts were the best and freshest. It was quite busy today so there was a wait for the main till. We decided to place order directly at the main till as previous times when we have used the self-order screens, after we had placed the order and paid we'd been informed that some items were not available. Something for Dunkin to work on perhaps?

Pleasant change from the normal chain coffee shop. Everything had high quality feel (drinks, cups, fittings and decor).

The donuts are good and drinks are standard. The service was ok, as you order from a machine anyway. The store was not busy when I was there, unlike Starbucks next door, which is packed or Tim Houston's near Sainsbury's. If you want to order the £11 mixed doughnut box, you have to do it at the counter as it is not on the screen.

Went in for some donuts, planned on 4 but ended up with getting 6 🙌🏼
The staff were rushed off their feet but she explained the deals and we ended up getting 6 donuts for £12. No photos due to the speed these disappeared from the box by family!
We’ve had other donuts from other brands but these have to be the best! Such gray flavours
