Nice little find on a cold January day. I booked a table as there were going to be five of us. The lady I spoke to said she was short staffed, so there may be a delay in service.
Warm greetings and made to feel very welcome. Lots of choice on the menu at very reasonable prices. Fantastic jacket potato 🥔 with lots of grated cheese 🧀. Bacon and sausages of a high standard. Excellent service, great food, enjoyed by all.
Really nice place with good coffee and cakes (the Trillionnaire Shortbread was excellent according to my good lady).
The staff were really friendly too so I will definitely be going back in the near future.
Amazing little tea shop with a friendly atmosphere. Attention to detail runs throughout and immediately creates a welcoming vibe. The staff are all attentive and make the experience of being in a tea shop all the more enriching.
The food and specials are great and worth a try.
But the star of the experience has to go to the cakes which are lovingly lined up on the counter to tempt even the most healthiest of customer in tasting a slice.

Traditional style cafe. Come here for breakfast, sandwiches and cakes. Tea and coffee available. A bit old school inside but it's pleasant enough.
Lovely coffee, friendly staff, great atmosphere, a book swap, immaculate toilet with baby changing facilities (as a parent that’s always good to know) and a fantastic selection of cakes and treats!
We had a love lunch with our daughter. The food was excellent, latte, 2 mint teas, we will definitely return, lovely staff
Great little tea room, I had a full breakfast and everything was high quality , sausage , bacon are clearly farm shop or butcher quality, five of us ate for just over £40 which is incredibly reasonable. Staff were friendly and honest , highly recommended
Booked a table here for my nan's birthday yesterday and we had a wonderful time! We had lunch and cakes and it was all delicious. Fantastic service too so we'll definitely be back!
Called in for coffee and cake on a freezing winter's morning. Seems to have veggie and vegan options plus standard breakfast fayre. Spoilt for choice of cake! Friendly staff and atmosphere could well be 5 star when better weather returns.
