A great cafe with a good range of food - had my lunch here several times this week. Some of the staff seem unsure of what they're doing and they rarely have a smile on their faces, which would normally put me off, but the food is delicious and that is what keeps bringing me back.

This place does a meal, or shall I say, advertise on the shop window something called the special chicken burger lunch deal for £5. Now, for a fiver you can get a 1ft sub right next door, or a 6" sub deal with cookie and drink. For £5.50 you can get a full english a 1 min walk down. At this place the £5 special chicken lunch deal, is not special, it's a bad deal, and dry chicken. Disappointed and will not recommend. Added 1 star for service.

The food and service was good but portion size for the price does seem to high. I had the all day breakfast with a drink not far of £10 and to be fair I could of easily eaten another one so I was was a little disappointed but that said I probably would go back again.
They have plenty of seating and I noticed the older generation seem to like going there, so a nice freindly atmosphere.

A nice daytime, informal, quick eatery in a central location. Outdoor seating available. Visited Sep2019 for simple burger & chips with cup of tea: very tasty.

Cheap food over priced 75p for 1 slice of toast all the food seems to be poor value range, friendly staff, basic interior worst ketchup going clearly booker chefs larder watered down with vinegar.
