Nice little coffee shop. Atmosphere is really nice. I had the Nutella latte which was fantastic. Everyone loved their drinks, which made for a great morning before heading out on our adventures.

Service was good for an early morning on a Saturday and Sunday breakfast. I went in 2 days in a row before 9am, so before the rush I think, as there was a queue starting about 9:15am. Coffee (cappuccino) was very nice. Full english breakfast was good, and the avocado smash with feta on sourdough, with poached egg, nice for a slightly lighter option. It was all served pretty quick which was nice as I didn't have much time to waste.

Excellent food (a little too much fennel in the breakfast but I'll let it slide as the brekkie was overall delicious).
Multiple choices of fresh coffee blends, great atmosphere. Thoroughly enjoyed my breakfast today, thanks Trading Post 💪

The breakfast was huge and very friendly service. Thoroughly recommend.

Great to find a coffee shop that is open later on a Sunday. Excellent

This a newer style coffee and breakfast cafe. My dish of pancakes, bacon, maple syrup, pecans and whole blueberries did not sound a combination that would work, but it was excellent. The coffee was excellent.
My group also had the full breakfast and commented that the bacon, sausage and other items were excellent. I did try the beans from the full breakfast and can say they had a BBQ style hint of flavour, and good. The one thing that puzzled people eating the full breakfast was the pesto. It was thought that did not add much

Lovely coffee shop, with great character. Impressive range of vegan options, including cakes. I had the parsnip (vegan) soup of the day, which was delicious. I also had the vegan millionaire shortbread, which was also great. Absolutely recommend!

Very nice place with great design and style. Good selection of food, everyone would find something for them. Coffe was very good. The only downside is the system of the orders: you ll receive the coffe cup with the number on it and waiters are running up and down to find you by the numbers, but they are scattered all around this big place , so it takes them time to find you and it delays the service, just a suggestion to the managers. Otherwise very nice experience:-)

Really nice place, good food, but is in need of repair/maintenance (e.g. broken toilet seat, door frames chipped etc). Also it doesn't seem very clean, tables need to be cleared and wiped down (and to a better standard), floor littered outside. Right now the cafe and staff are not too busy. Would be 5 stars if they ship shape and smarten up, and replace their DIY guy. Maybe get a full time clearer/cleaner.

A well presented cafe, Multiple coffee bean options also available to buy to take home with a service to grind if necessary. seasonal menu and a extensive variety of teas available. There were also numerous vegan treats.

I had to wait to order but it was worth it. Really tasty!
You can buy the freshly roasted coffee beans and the staff will grind the beans for you to the size required - in our case for a French press.

We have been here a couple of times, and each time the coffee has been great. We also really enjoyed the food today! Nutella Pancakes for the win!

Lovely people, cosy and probably the best full English I’ve had. They roast coffee right there in house and the guy was happy to talk to me about it, what he does and video the machine. Super nice place!

First visit to Eastbourne and we found this cafe in the shopping precinct. The coffee was really smooth, loved it. The staff were really pleasant and the decor was brilliant, we could do with this up north in Lancashire

It's ok, coffee is good, roasted on premises, food is fine but nothing special. Decor is very tired and grubby though, sticky menus etc.
