Sure the food was great: amazing quality, BUT, super small portions for the price!! And the waitress for so unfriendly, passive aggressive and cold.
Loved the this place! The Wine and the waitress was so lovely. The other thing £19 for 3 bits of cheese and 3 crackers seemed very expensive and not great value. We ended up asking for bread and butter, but really for that price I would have expected bread / a chutney to accompany it. Apart from that, all great!

What a lovely restaurant. Very cosy (we were there in cold, wet late November) with superb food, an excellent low intervention wine list, and friendly staff. A really great addition to Lewes. We ate there twice in three days, and I look forward to going back.
