Very friendly. Our 2 and 4 year olds had great fun. From 9-3 in the week pre school children can do crafts and have unlimited wacky warehouse play and a glass of squash all for 2.25 per child in term time.👍

Brilliant soft play. It was busier than other Wacky Warehouses we've been to, but it was also bigger and the play area went up 3 levels. Good for older children. There is also a nice little play area for young toddlers and babies. The staff were friendly and the lady at the till was very thorough in explaining the rules and safety information. English was not her first language but she tried very well to make sure she said everything correctly. The play areas were mostly clean. And considering there are kids running about and food is served here, there is going to be a point when food does get in to the play area. Toilets were clean to an okay standard, but I couldn't find a changing table in the men's toilet. Cleanliness and facilities in need of improving. I'm going to give 4 stars for this reason. Accessibly: good accessibility with a ramp to the play area and wide doors. There is also a table for colouring and art play in a quieter area. Also, some other negative reviews are not for this location, but for the restaurant only.

I haven't eaten here, so I can't comment on the restaurant. I have been to the Wacky many times though, and I think it's a great place to take kids. It can get busy - but that's because it's popular and a good place for kids to burn off some energy and have fun! I usually go to the Toddler time in the day, and that is fairly quiet. The place is clean and looks new, the staff are VERY friendly and helpful, and it is great value for money, especially with one of the passes. Staff put out a craft activity every day for Toddler time, and they are just always on the ball and helpful. Fab staff, good place to take the kids.

Took the grandson there on a wet day. Parking is easy as the Soft Play part is attached to the large public house with its own entrance. There is a secure entrance inside to the soft play area which can only be accessed when you pay and then will not open to let children run out as it is controlled by the staff on the counter. Once inside there is a separate small area for under 3s and a larger one for the older children. The usual well padded soft play areas. There is also a small floor play area. Within the complex and adjacent to the play areas are seats and table for adults to sit comfortably whilst still able to watch over the children. Food and drinks are available to order from the pub menu. Excellent facility.

Lovely large play area for children. Reasonably priced. You get an hour at busy times but tended to be long enough. 3 different slides to choose from. Holds birthday parties. Food in the pub was great. Good value. If your wanting a desert look at the kids menu. Good price and large enough to satisfy and adult without paying adult prices! Met up qith a group of friends there, booked in advance. Great service. Will definately be back.

What an awesome time we all had, we took 10 children with us. They got to play them had a super hot buffet and they Santa came and gave out presents. BECKY the Elf was wonderul getting the children excited for Santa arrival. The value was awesome, well done Fradley Arms and plus a free voucher to return to play.

Nice chatty staff. Small Wacky Warehouse . My grandchildren enjoy themselves their. Card machine was down last time we went so we had to come away as neither me or my daughter had cash on us. Bearing in mind that's technology and not their fault .

My son celebrated his 6th Birthday yesterday. The host Bec, was truly amazing, went to every effort to ensure he felt special on his birthday. So very grateful thank you so much. Couldn't reccomend enough.

We went here for my nephew's birthday, wacky warehouse is really good for the kids, both of mine loved it, we then went for food after and the food was pretty decent. Service was friendly enough, my only issue was that there was only 1 person serving for ages but I could see a number of people clearing tables even though the tables weren't required by any new customers as there were plenty of free tables.
