Ethan's Japanese Steak House - Lincoln - Photo album

Unexpected place for Lincoln, a little out of town but that just means the parking is good. Staff welcoming and friendly but most importantly the sushi is fresh and delicious. Ingredients were flavourful and well assembled. The centrepiece eel as a dragon was a good, whimsical touch. Peanut butter
Ethan's, or Damon's Japanese brother, is a really nice place to eat with a group of friends and or family. If you're lucky enough to land the head chef, you're in for a treat. We had a great time watching Simon perform awesome tricks for us. Everything he cooked was brilliant too. But I have to say
Had nice sushi platter, quick service and very attentive staff. Also have had Teppanyaki. It was a fun and interesting experience, watching the chefs at the table it's very entertaining
Lovely teppanyaki place, friendly, welcoming, perfect for families. Very accommodating even with young kids. Kids were impressed with the cooking and enjoyed the food.
Really love the teppenyaki experience, the chefs are happy to chat and really engaging. Food tastes excellent and there is a decent selection to keep everyone happy.
Amazing. Staff were great. Everyone was friendly. Atmosphere was great. GO ITS FANTASTIC!
The most amazing experience. Great staff, so friendly and helpful. Food was amazing and to watch it being cooked in front of you was fab to watch. Even the kids were mesmerised by the chefs. Totally enjoyable experience and will definitely return again in the near future.
Great place to go to with family! Very entertaining, and tasty!
Been to Ethan's 3 times now and the last visit was the best yet. Fillet steak with Japanese BBQ sauce was amazing. The only thing that lets this place down is the chefs doing the same routine over and over again, even though they are friendly and professional. Otherwise brilliant. Expensive but fant
Our grandchildren and great-grandchildren enjoyed the chief doing tricks with the eggs
