Great atmosphere. Great staff, great food, great night. This restaurant is definately the place to go in Lincoln if you want a good night out with a group, but go somewhere else for a romantic meal, as it is a bit noisy!

Fantastic evening.
In short .... Lasagna, vegetable pesto pasta and carbonara. They do have the proper names.
Lasagna was a good size made in the traditional way. Full of meat which isn't all the case in a lot of places ... Gino shows them how they should be made full of flavour, they didn't kill it with cheese.
The veg, pesto pasta - daughter is a fussy one and worse with textures but the good is just right ... Full of peppers packed with flavour. Again a good size portion.
Carbonara... Creamy pots with flavour. Lots of bacon. Really good size portion.
If you're going to go, go hungry... Where did it get out of garlic bread fries .
Food piping hot.
I have to say I feel we paid the right price for the food.
The venue was clean and the staff was attentive.
One thing would say is they could loose a table or two just to off a little more space I know it reduces foot fall but you did feel a little sat on down stairs. The number of times ppl caught my chair or rubbed past.... if you was of any size some areas down stairs may make you feel uncomfortable. .
Don't let that out you off it's worth going x
Good food price wasn’t as bad as other reviewers have made out for the quality and portion sizes. We really enjoyed our food and service, I would highly recommend this restaurant
