My favourite place!
Staff are so friendly and warm, the food and coffee is lovely and the atmosphere is very chilled. Have no hesitation to recommend.

Caffè Nero is one of my favourite coffee shops now thanks to my best friend who told me about them and how good their coffee actually tastes! I love them more than 200 degrees cafe! Which says a lot as I used to love that cafe. There's something about going there for a coffee which is top quality. I always try to get one before I go to work in town. A little pick me up before work is just what I need. Can't rate them anymore then that really! 😊😊

I've been here a few times, the staff are friendly and the coffee is nice. I think it's a bit run down and tatty inside but it's clean and the toilets are clean.

Great coffee and the staff are consistently (over several years) friendly and welcoming. Sometimes there’s a queue but the staff handle it well. I’ve never had a milky latte my personal nightmare.

Lovely coffee shop, Caffè Nero is well priced and makes decent coffee if you are into coffee. Nice atmosphere, plenty of space to sit after a busy day shopping. Nice and chill inside so relaxed. We both had cake, I had raspberry almond tart, my partner had a salted caramel slice, both were a bit dry. Overall a pleasant place, toilets quite dirty though.

We stopped at Caffè Nero for an iced coffee. In the queue for some time. Lots of seating inside and outside. I would have preferred the ice crushed to be able to eat it. Once the liquid was drank I was left with a cut of ice. The straw quality was really poor. Did not last the time it took to drink the iced coffee.

Absolutely loved my visit today as there was some free street entertainment thrown in. I was sat outside on the main High Street side as a large team of tactical firearms officers carried out a hard arrest of half a dozen men sitting at an outside table by the CEX store. So I drank a good coffee, ate a tasty almond croissant and witnessed a very professional arrest at gunpoint being carried out. Marvellous

They make great coffee! Hazelnut latte was creamy and sweet. Food is delicious - had a cheese toastie and blueberry muffin for breakfast and both were so good I wanted it all again. The young man who served me was friendly, greeted me with a smile and was helpful guiding me through using the app for the first time. Great to see servers reminding everyone about track and trace and they've clearly gone to a lot of effort to make it COVID safe with hand sanitizer next to the door and on the counter, tables spaced apart etc. Keep it up!!!

Very Average, always packed - Go round the corner!. I have no idea why people go here as this place is always packed, the coffee is very average and you have the amazing, award winning Cafe Aroma just around the corner. Seriously keep walking people.
