I LOVE this Costa Coffee branch.
The staff here are super friendly. Their customer service is just first class. Service is always done with a smile.
I was served by one gentleman (who I believe was a new staff member) who had the most immaculate customer service ever. He was so cheery and as he collected my empty plates, he was so overjoyed and humbled that I enjoyed my food and coffee.
The gentleman who served me had dark, short hair and dark stubble, he honestly was super sweet and friendly and I couldn't have asked for a more kinder soul. 🤍❤️☕️😁
All of the staff here are friendly and welcome you with a beaming smile.

We were there later in the day; was very quiet (at least it was before we arrived.. sorry )
Service was very quick: staff were friendly and pleasant. We only ordered drinks, so can't comment on food: but my coffee was delicious

Callum was the most friendly face, couldn't have asked for a kinder soul on a bad day. His small act of kindness warmed my heart and he was the most helpful person, suggesting pairings for drinks and syrups etc. - thank you Callum!
