Been going for quite sometime now during my lunch breaks in the city and every visit is a pleasure. I am met with staff who are lovely, hard working and always remember me and my orders. So very greatful to them and the hard work they continue to do. Keep smashing it! 🤍

Location is great. Been going here since I was at college. Could be more seating though. Served quick enough and reasonable service.

To understand the review, the history needs to be known. For several years, closer to 10 I've gone to this store for uni and now at lunch when working. I always have the same Italian BMT. I've never taken the time to leave a review but I've always felt exceptionally fulfilled after each visit. Recently given the online orders and everything else it seems like pandemonium in the store, yet the service and the sarnies are still straight from the top drawer. Keep it up guys and I'm looking forward to the next 10 years together

It was a fairly busy place at the time, being as it was midday. But even then it was a fast service that provides good meals for when you're looking to treat yourself. And for something so busy, the seating was quite generous.
It was a very pleasant visit after leaving college for the holidays.

I usually get amazing customer service here however on this occasion the staff werent as hospitable, however it was late in the day so I personally didnt mind, I know I wouldn't like to be stood in one small space all day making sandwich after sandwich. They gave me every opportunity to ask what I wanted on my sandwich, wrapped it and cut it in the way I expected. All round a pleasant experience.

Really good food but only a very small area in which to be seated to eat your food.
If you intend on eating here I would recommend to get it to go.

A bit cramped and usually a long queue, but very tasty. Staff usually chat with you while you wait- although sometimes it feels a bit forced. Prices are fairly decent too, the best buy in my opinion is the sandwich and drink for £3. Only place with a better price is Poundland (Sandwich and Drink £2), but then Poundland don't make it and toast it in front of you!
