Alas we didn't try the bread however we came back each day for bagels, which were exceptional and other treats. The delicacy pictured (small round pastries) are without doubt the finest baked goods we've ever tasted! Absolutely gorgeous. Coffee is good and staff friendly. You can't overlook this place whilst in Lincoln.

Great local bakery.
The chocolate & nut Brownies, & the Dark Rye & Pumpkin bread were absolutely delicious, I can't recommend this bakery enough. Daily & weekly specials updated on line. Well worth a visit, & you'll also be supporting a local small Bakery! Enjoy..

Very good bread, but to what cost? This bakery is enforcing a rule of one customer at the time in the shop (their own interpretation of science and government covid guidelines) - they actually sent me to wait outside in the rain. I'll buy Welbeck instead.

Had a little taste of normal life today popping into this lovely bakery. Had some really great coffees and the Portuguese tarts, wow they just melt in your mouth. So delicious! Easy to maintain social distancing with screens, contactless payment and people were waiting outside so there’s just one customer in the shop at a time. Thank you for a lovely experience!

I visited for the first time today when they were offering free samples of New York crumb cake. I liked it so much, I bought a slice. It was absolutely delicious, I definitely plan on going back. How nice to have such a place in Lincoln!

Best bagels I've ever had. I'd always heard about how different real bagels are from super market ones are, and Vine's didn't disappoint. Well worth it, very friendly chatty staff, and a beautiful premises. We also bought some walnut brownies which my partner loved.
