Their treats are scrumptious. They have so many flavors and every single one I've tried has been divine. Everyone there is very friendly. However, there was an issue with internal miscommunication with my wedding cake, and it did not look like what we had envisioned. The staff was apologetic about the incident and worked hard to fix it, even offering to recreate our anniversary cake in the correct fashion.

Ordered my wedding cake and cupcakes from here and the whole experience with them was fantastic! From consult to finished product everyone was wonderful to my husband and I. The cake and cupcakes were not only beautifully decorated but also tasted awesome! Definitely going to be returning to Cupcakes and More... Over and over!!!

I am so upset!!!! with whoever that gal that says she’s the supervisor is at cupcakes and more!!! She made a unicorn cake for my daughters 1st birthday, the cake fell apart she made me sign some paper before I left and she did say that whatever she put on top was gonna fall off and she put a stick to support it I brought it home put in the fridge literally we only had an hour before the party the frosting on top started melting off the execution of the cake was horrible she had it turned backwards in a box, she made me sign some papers and whatever the case was then I called to tell her that the cake fell apart and she’s telling me that it’s because I probably drive rough with the cake. she knew she told me in the store that the unicorn horn fell off the frosting fell off and I’ve had cakes many cakes made there before and that has never happened she didn’t know how to make the unicorn cake the unicorn cake looks so terrible didn’t even look right, I wish she had told me she could not make the cake. I’ve had my wedding cake made there never had a problem. the cake was executed poorly but that’s OK because you just lost my business and keep the money and I don’t want the 25% off because I’m never coming back!!!!!! UPDATE: I am very impressed at how the owner Regina handled the problem with the cake. She was easy to work with and really nice. We sre taking the incident with my granddaughters cake as an isolated incident. I will say the cake was delicious we had them make a marble cake with milk chocolate and vanilla. I loved the frosting. It wasn't over powering sweet. It was really good. Shelby enjoyed the flavor we picked needless to say we will be giving them another chance. So I'm giving them 5 stars for how well everything was handled. We ordered a unicorn cake for my granddaughter birthday party on Feb 26th. When we called and ordered it we were told they had edible cake clay that they could make a 3D unicorn. Shelby loves unicorns. We told them her favorite color is pink and wanted pink to be a big part of it. We picked up the cake the night before and when we picked it up my fiance went in to get it.. he paid for the cake and she started to hand him the cake.. my granddaughter was in the car and every place else I've ever picked to get a cake from they always put it I. A box to protect i,, not here. We were told they didn't have a box for a 9" cake. How ridiculous. Tyson said Shelby was in the car it was supposed to be a surprise. She taped two boxes together and we took it straight to the place where the party was to happen. When taking the cake out of the box I looked it over. The cake was leaning and very uneven it didn't look really like a univorn and it was a cake i could have made and saved ourselves $65. It disnt even say Happy Birthday Shelby like we asked for. One who side of the cake was bare. It looked like they forgot to make it and slapped it together quickly. Every adult at the party commented on the sloppinesss, and unprofessional job they did, and how she couldn't believe we had a bakery make it. Shelby wasn't even excited when she saw it. I called and was told the manager would contact me today and it's 5:00 pm and still nothing. If you are looking for a bakery to make a cake, Cupcakes And More isn't the place.

this place is gonna go out of business one day ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ i can’t believe how irresponsible they are with there orders. i called 10 days before my boyfriends birthday. i walked in at the time i told them i needed it to be ready just for them to say “we accidentally put down the wrong month.., um will you give us 2 hours to make it” like are they serious??! how did you mix up the month ?!?!? i drove 30 mins away just to hear that? THE PART THAT MAKES ME EVEN MORE MAD IS I TRIED CALLING THEM IN THE MORNING BEFORE PICKING IT UP TO REMIND THEM THAT ILL BE COMING AT 12 AND THEY DIDN'T ANSWER!!! I CALLED 3 times. if they just answered i didn’t need to drive all this way. at least i would’ve been waiting at home for the cake! but wait, THERES MORE. after waiting for 2 hours, THEY CALLED ME AGAIN WHEN I WAS LITERALLY OUTSIDE ABOUT TO WALK IN, telling me they need 30 more mins because they messed up on the cake!!! i can’t believe i’m spending my boyfriends birthday at a cake shop waiting for an order i placed a while ago. they ruined my chances to surprise him before he got off work!! he’s home now before me while i’m still waiting. he’s gonna see me walk in with everything i planned to surprise him with . how sad. please save ur time and money. this place isn’t worth it. small businesses are way better. Im honestly scared to see how the cake looks since there rushing on it too. cupcakes and more, DO BETTER! PLEASE! with answering your phone calls, messages, and satisfying peoples orders. that’s not how you runs business. have you guys ever heard of double checking ?

I had an emergency - I forgot to send my daughter anything for her birthday! I finally realized this ON HER BIRTHDAY, at about 2:00 Eastern time - so I called Cupcakes & More to see if they could possibly make up something and deliver it that day - and those wonderful people did!!! They totally saved me from winning The Bad Mother of the Year award - my daughter LOVED the chocolate covered strawberries and the mini cupcakes! Thank you guys so much!

If I could give negative stars, I would. I placed an order with Cupcakes and More for my child's birthday party over a month in advance thinking I was being proactive. I asked if they could do some cupcakes with an "angry birds" theme. I initially spoke with a woman on the phone who said they could do that. She asked that I email a picture over, which I did. They responded to me and asked what flavors I wanted, which I replied to. I did not receive a message back, so I sent a second one. I still did not receive a message back from them, so I called to make sure they had my order. The woman I spoke with assured me that they had received my order and that they would have it done in time. That was a week before the day I was to pick up the order. The day of my son's birthday party (2 hours before the party) I went to pick up my order and they said they didn't have it. I spoke with the same woman who took my order initially and asked why my order wasn't done. Her response was "I haven't been here for the last two weeks" . That is all they said to me. They didn't try to make it right or offer any solutions. I will never give my business to Cupcakes and More again. This was by far one of the worst customer service experiences that I have experienced.
