Amazing tasting menu for a veggie, and meaters...We had a 12 course (12 days of Christmas) vegetarian tasting at Jackalope. It was so refreshing to have the same experience as 2 meat-eating friends in the tasting menu. We were there for over 4 hours, the experience was amazing. Each course was about that day, such as Seven Swans Swimming, a choux pastry swan with a celeriac puree inside and honeyed walnuts. Amazing, and we will be going again!

What an amazing experience. If you love something different then this is where you need to go.
A lot of people don't like a fancy menu because of the surroundings. Jackalope is not like this, it's comfortable and homely with food that you would not attempt to cook yourself.
Please, please, please try this place out! I could not recommend it enough!
I've been twice now and the great thing is the menu changes every 6-7 weeks!
