Chipotle Mexican Grill

Have had Chipotle many times. The server did not drain the ingredients sufficiently, and the tortilla did not close. That worker added another foil, but not another tortilla. My wife was in a rush and other customers were waiting behind, so we did not stop or complain at the time. When I got home to eat, the burrito fell apart. I have always been able to eat burritos by hand, but I needed a fork here. Nevertheless, the taste was good as usual, and the other 4 in my party had bowls which were enjoyed.

This happened last night at the pine lake location un lincoln ne, Is so sad that such a crowded restaurant take for granted what they have, we are regulars and ordered brown rice in our bowl and the rice was under cook, so bad we couldn't finish our meal, when we told one of the girls that work there, she just told us in our face"thats impossible, it must be crunchy but not raw" really? Not even sorry, or it maybe just this time? We were not looking for free food just them to be more aware of their quality, that specific answer turned us off so bad we won't go back again.

We have ordered delivery from here like 5 times now. And half the time it was really good and the other half it wasn't up to par. Yesterday was a time it wasn't good the guacamole looked almost black, not its normal light green color and the csrne asana was over cooked. I was left with terrible stomach pain last night due to this. We spent 75 dollars each time with a 50/50 chance of something to be really good or below average idk if we will order from her again.
