They really need more than 2 employees over lunch. They had a 3 box order (what is that like 30 sandwiches?) and a large sack order...all ahead of a massive line out to the door. They should limit large to go orders to be pre-ordered by 11 so the walk-ins don't have a 35 min wait for a 2 min sammie. Or have an employee dedicated to large to go orders. But anyway.... it was tasty.

Some of the worst customer service! Ordered a sub online and picked it up promptly. Upon opening it the bread had been so saturated that it was falling apart. I drove back and asked them to remake it. Instead of saying sure no problem, they said it was my fault and I must have picked it up late. They finally remade my sandwich, but didn’t make eye contact and were extremely rude. It doesn’t take that much to have even decent customer service.

I wish I could give this place the rating it deserves which is both five and one stars. Have had some of the best and worst meals here and the difference seems to entirely depend on who is on at the time. For example, lunch today was grand! Veggie wrap made right, staff courteous and attentive, restaurant clean. Dinner a few weeks ago was the opposite. Workers seemed high, used same knife as the meat (not the cutter, a knife, and not cleaning it off), were rude, and the restaurant was nasty. My recommendation? Definitely go for lunch. As far as chains within walking distance of the University go, it's golden. But avoid after the night shift comes. That's my plan anyway.

The food is awesome. I gave 4 stars because every table was dirty and they only have one highchair but the straps were broken including the middle strap that keeps the child from sliding out of the chair. My son is a wiggler and I spent my entire meal trying to keep him from sliding out and injuring himself. I will eat at Jersey Mike's. However, I probably wont return to this store because when I brought the hazard of the highchair to the attention of the employee, he acted like he could care less.
