Chopsticks Chinese Cuisine

There are a lot of amazing Chinese restaurants to choose from in Lincoln, but our whole family of 5 is in agreement that Chopsticks is the best. Everything we’ve tried has been absolutely delicious. The fried rice? Impeccable. The lo mein? Perfection. Coconut shrimp? Amazing. Dumplings? Out of this world. Peanut butter chicken? Outstanding Also the portions are huge, so you can get multiple meals out of one order. Don’t sleep on this local gem!

I've come here for dinner, but never been able to make it to try some of the lunch items. Even got to bring a friend to try for the first time. I ordered the chicken and mushroom with egg drop soup and crab Rangoon. Everything was so good! I was impressed how generous the portions were! I'll probably have lunch now for 3 days 😂. I felt like I didn't even make a dent in my food before I was so full. Always pleased with coming here.

First time ever eating here and it was delicious! My fiance and I each got a lunch special that comes with fried rice, an egg roll, or soup and a drink. The total was $18 and change which is not bad at all considering how much food you get. Be prepared to have leftovers or be extremely hungry! The portions are HUGE! He got the Mongolian Beef and I got the Honey Chicken. They were so tasty! I'm excited to go back and try something different. Service was also friendly and fast and the restaurant itself was very clean!

Chopsticks is definitely a Chinese restaurant to outshine the others. One of the first things you'll notice is the menu, but what makes it unique is there are descriptions! This is awesome for me! Dish names aren't always clear what's in them. It's a pain to ask what various dishes are to decide so this was neat to me. The taste of food here is always 10+, and the quantities consistently generous. I ordered take out for my kids tonight from here because it's the one place they both agree they love.

I had high hopes after reading the reviews. The crab rangoon was great but the sesame chicken was just so dry and plain. It was awful. 2 bites off my plate and I just took it up to the counter and told them the truth, it was disgusting. At first the workers thought it was "too flavorful" for me and offered to put the sauce on the side. Yeah, just because I'm white doesn't mean I can't handle flavor, I'd wanted real flavor and good food. I accepted a new order of sweet and sour chicken. It really wasn't worth reporting, not that great but not gross either. This place was a disappointing joke. Don't do it if you have high standards or have experience with real Chinese food.

We thought we would try this place because of the good reviews. We were very disappointed. We had to wait over 45 minutes but we thought it would be worth the wait. The prices are different than the prices on the menu. The #58 Mongolian Triple Delight says $10.95 but they charged $12.95. # 77 Shrimp Lo Mein says $8.55 but they charged us $9.95. They also charged us an “eat in” tax. The food tasted like it had been sitting under a warmer. We will continue going to Shen Cafe.
