Stopped here on a whim while driving from Omaha to Denver. Turns out we picked the best cidery in America. We got there right when they opened and met the owner Matt. He’s a super friendly and interesting guy and cares a lot about the quality of his cider. The atmosphere was really fancy but laid back, and most importantly the cider is INSANE. Perfect balance between sweetness (very little), bitterness, and the flavors.

The best cider tasting around! I love every cider in this place. I would highly recommend going here over any wine tasting. Very affordable tastings as well. I wish they had more selection though.

Nothing else like it in Lincoln! SARO Cider is family owned, and their ciders are unique and taste great. Very friendly staff make for a great environment too. Check them out if you're looking for a chill place for a drink.

I cannot believe I didn’t come here sooner! So many different types of ciders and a really good environment. The set up is really cool there is a lot of space and lots of good seating. It is good that you can see where they make the cider as well. We like that they have garage doors for a good indoor outdoor feel. We all had a flight when we came which was great because we had a really hard time picking out what flavors we wanted. Can’t wait to come back!

We stopped by since we were in Lincoln and it was one of the Nebraska Passport stops. We enjoyed a Cider Flight, giving us a chance to try out a lot of different ciders. We really enjoyed each one, Raspberry Riva was our favorite. The staff was super helpful helping us choose which ones we like to try. I definitely go back again.

Fabulous time hanging at the bar with James and Tash! Fantastic variety of cider AND cider themed cocktails. I loved the Cider Margarita and the ginger cider. I’m not from Lincoln but I’ll definitely be back when I’m in town :)
They also gave us fantastic tips on other places in town for food and cocktails
We took a Ginger Cider Crowler home to share with our friends :)
