Jimmy Johns

The last time I ordered from this place was almost 6 months ago. They still can't take 3 seconds to cut your sandwich in half. The last 8 orders before that was the same thing. What's the point of saving 3 seconds if it's still gonna take 20 minutes to pick up an order because it wasn't ready!? Asked for Mustard and mayo packets, none provided, no napkins either.

Plain and simple every time I go to this location your staff is rude every single time seems to be the trend, maybe you need to take a close look at your staff and how to train them to have good customer service. I shouldn't feel bad or inconvenienced because your Associates don't want to take my order, they even sigh over the intercom after I give them my order. I used to love eating Jimmy John's but I stopped because your staff is so rude to me each time not to mention it's not freaky fast no more it shouldn't take 10 minutes to get one sandwich.

Always consistent and freaky fast service. Their sandwiches are the perfect size and not too small like some of the other chains. I have always said to people what makes a sandwich is their bread. They have decent fresh bread at this chain. I rarely ever do sandwich chains, but when I do, it is usually Jimmy John's!

I love jimmy johns but I went here a few weeks back and I said my order loud and clear. Got to the window the girl had it all wrong thought I got it sorted out but she still tried to charge for for way over the amount. I had already handed her my card and she was walking all over the store with it as I could see her holding it - she also took it into the back room to “find the manager” which took about 5 minutes. I have had credit card fraud before and it just seemed weird they wouldn’t just set it down instead of walking into a back room with it for security of card numbers. I did bring it up to the manager when they approached the window and got my order situated but the employee was also making a phone call on their cell phone while I was standing their this whole time and wearing a hoodie over their ears and headset on top of that hence why my order was messed up they probably couldn’t even hear me. I was so shocked by this employee I haven’t gone back.

The delivery was fast. The delivery driver was rude. I had $5 tip ready to hand him when I opened the door. He didn't take it right away. He just kept his one hand in his pocket. Handed me my food, took the tip and left. When I called for the delivery, I wasn't asked if I wanted any cheese. I hadn't had Jimmy John's in over a year. I forgot cheese didn't come on the sandwich, it was extra. I have always been asked in the past if I want cheese. So I was disappointed when I didn't have any cheese. They didn't even put mayo on all the bread. The bread was over cooked, the bottom was so hard, you could barely bite through it. I asked for the pickle to be cut in half. It came to me whole. I've always loved Jimmy John's, and always had a good experience. This was my first time ordering from this location. I don't see myself ordering again from here.
