Pepe's Bistro

Got some burritos from Pepe during the farmers market. They were delicious!! Both varieties were flavorful, fresh, and high quality. I can’t believe I haven’t tried the burritos sooner but will definitely be coming back for more of Pepe’s food soon!! 10/10 would recommend this flavorful food, and if you go to the farmers market you should order from his stand! He accepts venmo payments which is really convenient, especially if you’ve already used up your cash and am looking for a ready-to-go meal at the market! Thanks for all you do, Pepe!!

Pepe's has the absolute best vegetarian food in Lincoln. The flavors and colors are vibrant and rich. Every dish comes out beautifully plated and perfectly cooked. I love how the menu is small and always changing. Pepe always gives each dish his own unique twist with layers of flavor. The restaurant has a friendly and cozy atmosphere with an adorable patio area in warm weather. Pepe does so much for our local community!!!! So thankful. My personal favorite things to order are: Pepito mushroom quesadilla, coconut crusted green tomato tacos, avacado cheesecake, cucumber lemonade, and guacamole. I can't choose a favorite main dish- they are all AMAZING!!!!!

I'm not even vegan and Pepe's might be my favorite restaurant in Lincoln. Great food, big portions, delicious flavors, and reasonable prices. Highly recommend chickn ranchero tacos, curry burrito, burrito nirvana, and, of course, breakfast burritos. Plus, lots of community focused events, activities, and support like Second Friday art shows with local artists!
