Great service, despite a computer snafu. Front counter wasn't getting tickets properly, but expo employee kept her calm and handled things very professionally. Major kudos from a former fast food employee; it's rough out there!

Food here is always hit or miss, I've definitely had orders not fulfilled correctly and once was told they were out of something at the window instead of the speaker so I had to ask for something else on the fly. The people have always been nice though.

Tried the spicy deluxe Ch'King sandwich ($5.19), it's a very good size chicken portion, decent bun, a little spice but not overpowering, but is a little messy. It's like the 1st wing on Hot Ones level spicy. There was a bit of a wait.

Hey, tried to give you all a chance to fix the situation, but since no one has reached out to us, here goes. My wife and I ordered the spicy chicken sandwiches from this location and were served raw chicken. I don't mean undercooked, I MEAN RAW!!! We informed the health department as well. The really sad part is that we reached out to the store itself and the BK corporate team. Neither one responded and it just shows the complete lack of regard this chain has for its customers.

The king of inconsistencies. Feels like the experience is greatly variable by who is working that shift which is awkward. I've had good experiences and bad, but always feel like the food goes cold really fast from burger King which isn't good.

This place is terrible. We waited forever in the drive through. When the worker spoke no one could understand what she was saying. I finally had to go inside to place my order. Inside there was the drive through worker, but no one else to take orders. The drive through employee finally yelled at some one in the back to come up front to help. The person in the back yells back “I’m Coming” like a spoiled brat. To make this nightmare short. It took 25 min inside for them to give me my order. The few employees that worked there yelled at each other in an unprofessional manner. Never go here!

Ordered , got my food not even a minute later. Food was cold. When I called back they stated it was “made fresh” but gave me nothing but attitude. We’re not nice. Also if you no longer serve ice cream at your location: maybe take the ice cream off the menu! :)

This is by far the worst Burger King I have ever been to! The management isn’t even worth speaking too, they do not care. The food is never fresh and the customer service is terrible! Please save yourself time and money.
