Papa Johns Pizza

Ordered 2 large pizzas. One well done, the other regular. Used the app, which tells you when the pizza is ready for pickup. Showed up to one pizza being done, fortunately it was well done one, right? So they made the other pizza and threw it in the oven and had me wait while my well done pizza got cold. Sure. No offer of apologies at this point. About 8 minutes goes by, I get my 2 pizzas and leave. Got home and prepared to eat my pizzas only to find that the "well done" pizza, was not well done, but completely under cooked. They are bringing me a new pizza, but 👏 👏 👏 , this one was special

Someone either used my email to buy pizza here or they used Apple Pay. Whatever it was I called to ask and got no answers. Anyway, it wasn't me and I asked 2 different people for help and one guy was very cruel to me. The next woman told me she couldn't help me and that there is No Corporate Office I can call. So two dead ends. It seemed like a prank. And whoever did that was waiting for me to call and get treated very badly. This has happened to me quite a bit.

Got pizza wings and breadsticks last night for about $52. Delivery was very very long, food was cold and not even tasty when it finally showed up, AND the pizza was wrong. It had onions on it. Which I'm allergic to.. So disappointed. I'd rather have just saved my money I feel like what I got wasn't worth anything at all.

Ordered a 32.00 order online and they charged my debit card over $331.00 totally 10 different transactions! Spoke to the manager who pulled up a printed receipt verifying my single delivered order and referred me to a corporate number to call. Called them snd they said it was my mistake and I must have hit order 10 times for 2 different amounts! I said well then if that was true, where’s the other 9 orders I didn’t get!! Asked for my money to be instantly returned as they instantly took it and was told I could dispute it with my bank! It’s a holiday weekend and I’m in the middle of moving, and they could have cared less for stealing $300?? Absolutely ridiculous!!! Extremely bad business!! 😡😡😡 Theresa Star
