Chipotle Mexican Grill

I found my new goto Chipotle order! It's been a while since I've gone to a Chipotle and really regret not coming here sooner. Placed an order for pickup on the way to the airport and everything was ready when we got there! And fresh too! I ordered a salad bowl with steak, fajita veggies, black beans and light rice. Steak was cooker perfectly, and good amount of meat on there too. Serving of veggies was also quite large, and rice was just right. Very much appreciate how they had simple brown rice as an option instead of the flavored ones. The bowl came with a vinaigrette, but I didn't use it. Didn't even need to because the salad was amazing on its own!

The dining room was filthy and they were out of forks, there was trash and lettuce all over the floor and no one cared to sweep it up. We had to wipe down our own table! I simply asked for some chips and guacamole and they told me they were all out, but then I saw chips in the back so I went and asked again and now they had chips but were out of guac. It was a very poor experience and I don’t know if I will be returning to chipotle’s O Street location.

I have never had a bad experience with this store specifically. But just tonight I ordered through door dash from this location Chipotle. I had ordered a Large order of Chips and Queso, and also a kids quesadilla and kids chips. I did not receive chips with the queso or the kids chips, it was also supposed to come with apple juice, and I did not receive that either. I guess I will be ordering from a different location from this day forward.

Food is great, and the people who work there are generally top notch, but the online ordering system has problems. I had an order stolen before I could pick it up (the staff cheerfully remade the order) and the last order somehow never made it to the store. Again, there staff cheerfully made it while I waited.

I'm a driver for a sports team. Sixth time here to pick-up order, the items are in bags, difficult to hand out on a bus, previous 5 times they were in large boxes. Told the GM says boxes are only for catering, well an order for 25 seems large enough to be catering. Sixteen of the order were bowls, they didn't put plastic ware on the bags. The team puts their Jersey number on their order for the group order. Past 5 times, this worked great, this time the person preparing the order numbered the items as they were prepared, just added to the difficulty of distributing the items.
