Enjoy going there for their Super Greens with fried rice and low mein noodles. Always go when its a long line..thats just my bad luck. I would like for them to add TOFU to their menu for people like myself who regulary eats a plant base diet. More Vegan base Menu please.

Worst Panda ever. They mess up my order every time. It's ridiculous to think I'll come back to correct your mistake when I order carry out. So you offer me a free meal to compensate me. Then when I go to request that meal you tell me there is no record. Such horrible customer service. So it is my fault that you cannot make a correct order and then it's my fault that you cannot record properly what you offer your customers to fix the mistake that you originally made. I will not ever eat at this restaurant again.

I'd say they're good but they're not
Frankly half the time the fried rice is undercooked the Kung Pao chicken isn't spicy it's bitter and inedible the breading on the orange chicken doesn't stay on and last but not least the cream cheese wontons come out of the fryer soggy and curdled

Good as usual. I just wish the chow main was more noodles and less cabbage. Did an online order, in and out in 30 seconds.

I ordered medium and they gave me small portion.. WAY TOO OVER PRICED and customer service is terrible “I called”… The rep stated “We never fill the box up to full” that’s there exact words!! I will NEVER spend my money there ever again not worth it!!!

Horrible customer service , the lady named Betty was very rude, she was throwing the food around, very aggressive with her tone, she treated us like we were getting the food for free, She was throwing food in the plate very sloppy, she had a nasty attitude with the customers, if she hate the job she shouldn’t be there, corporate needs to look into this because it makes people not want to come there anymore
