Rude, uncaring, lazy staff.
At least one person is always on their phone instead of working.
No need to order ahead in the app as 1. You will have to wait for them to make your order After you arrive, 2. Always out of cups, syrup flavors, milk. 3. Won't substitute a small and medium drink to make up for the large drinks you ordered. Want to give you a medium and donuts. 4. You will have to wait upwards of 5 minutes to get them to answer the drive through.
No customer service skills whatsoever.
This store needs a strong management staff to teach them how to smile and appreciate their customers.
Don't understand that the customers are their paychecks.

I lived in north platte for a long time I went to Dunkin everyday but when I moved to lincoln I would of thought that being a bigger place that it would be better I was definitely wrong i went through the drive through one day and asked it they could mix everything in the metal cup they said no they couldn’t do that and refused to make it that way idk I’m definitely not pleased with this Dunkin at all and my muffin today was the plainest muffin I’ve ever had

Ordered a sausage egg & cheese croissant- they were out of croissants. That’s ok! I’ll get it on a bagel & some hash browns . Get home hash browns are cold, take a few bites… no sausage just egg & cheese. First & last time at Dunkin’

Great service, but VERY DISAPPOINTED when I was told they couldn't take tips anymore. This is NUTS! These workers definitely deserve any extra compensation WE'RE willing to give them.

My kid likes how they put toys in the corner and how the staff are organized. I liked the food and coffee. We ordered egg and cheese wake up wraps. They were small but tasty.

Make sure you open your sandwich or wraps to see it’s correct before you drive off because they have a habit of giving you something completely different then what you ordered!!!

Went through the drive through to get a box of coffee and they charged my card and than was completely rude through the drive through tried to charge me again even tho I showed them the charge on my account I do not recommend this store.

Make orders wrong,they don't open when it says they're open, some of the girls in the early am act rude/unfriendly for no reason.. like I'm only there to grab a coffee quick why act like that to a nice customer? 👎
