Love Casey’s but the guys working this morning 6/20/22 were very rude and I’ve came in during the day before and they were working just very rude for no reason

So ordering pizza from here has definitely been a miss lately and I will now avoid doing it. Last week I waited an additional 30 minutes from the scheduled ready time. Then I was given the wrong pizza's. I know I should have checked but I figured it is their job to check them before giving them over to the customer. I am very sure the person who handed me the pizza's knew they were not the right pizza's. I reached out to corporate but nothing but cricket's so I guess no more Casey's pizza for me.

When I moved into the neighborhood, I was happy to find a gas station in such close proximity. That quickly changed when I went in.
Despite a local mask mandate, the store has no signs informing patrons they need to wear a mask. At any given time I’ve entered the store in the past month, the majority of customers are not wearing masks. I recognize it’s not employees’ jobs to be enforcers, but at least a sign informing customers they need one would be something.
Employees also often have their masks half-off and are frankly rude. They often won’t acknowledge you while you’re checking out, and never offer a bag.

Why does the cook watch the pizza bake, instead of starting on the next order??? He's literally standing there waiting for it to come out of the oven when he could be starting the base of his next pizza instead of standing there doing nothing.

Probably the least friendly employees. There is one that is friendly. The rest can't even ask you how are your doing. They just put their heads down and don't talk. Managers, you can teach better personal skills. It is not hard to say hi.

I use to live right next to this location, and loved the food and service. Now not too impressed at all! An older gentleman was checking me out at the register, and was EXTREMELY rude!! I didn’t understand something with cashing in my rewards, and was getting frustrated because he was no help. Then he snapped and said “it’s not on my phone so how should I know?” Uhh don’t you work there?? It was a simple misunderstanding that could have been dealt with way better. I’ll now be going to the one on 70th and Havelock.

I'd like to give this place 0 stars. I ordered cookies last night for delivery. I got an email that says they are on there way. I didn't just order cookies though because your order has to be more than $10. I wake this morning expecting my husband to have eaten most of everything and he said it never came. 😑what??? I had a voicemail from Casey's kitchen manager saying they weren't delivering AND they need 24 hours to bake cookies!!!!! Why is it on your site for delivery??!@%#
