Mcdonald's

How sad that you would charge me full price for a large fry then only fill it 2/3 full. No barbecue sauce for my kids chicken nuggets like we asked for. And my meals were large sized and i only got medium drinks. While I understand that it gets busy at work and mistakes happen, I feel like I got half of what I paid for. I sat in stall 1 waiting for this disappointment of a meal. I don't typically publicly display my annoyance but i work Hard for my money and won't be silent when I feel like someone is getting over on Me.

We went thur McDonalds on Monday night. Ordered 31.00 worth of food. Got home and kids started eating and my daughter dumped her FF’s on hamburger wrapper and found a bug with FF’s. We called and had to go back and they were only going to refund us for the fries but we threw all of our food away after discovering that. I have called and left a message for their general manager and no one has gotten back to me. So freaking gross!

Went through drive-thru about 2:30 am on 4/14. The guy at the window seems to not like his job...no, "hello" or, "thank you". The fries were old and barely warm, obviously way past their hold time. Plus, I really wish McDonald's would go back to the way they made their fries like maybe 15 years ago. Now, they have the worst fries among the big three burger chains, when they used to have the best.

Sat in line for 15 minutes on a Saturday night. No big deal there. Lady taking my order rushed me, and repeatedly told me to hold on while I was trying to order. Didn't put my app code in so I paid full price for my nuggets. Got to the window, had to repeat my order 3 times to pay for it. Was handed the wrong food. One of the guys tried to give me the receipt I asked for and I explained the lady gave me the wrong order. He then YELLS at me for "swapping" in line and then complains that he has to remake the order he gave us. I get it. It's Saturday night, you're busy. I've worked the same shifts before. Don't ever yell at a customer for your mistakes. Never got my receipt either so I could complain properly.

So looking forward to my filet of fish. Bit into it and the first bite had a huge long hair in it. I was so grossed out I wanted to vomit. Going to put it out of my mind and kept eating. Bit into two more huge long hairs cooked right into the fish! No excuse for that. Had to be put in there deliberately. They definitely need to watch their employees more closely.

Don’t expect to be table served your food when you sit at the table with your number tent(that says relax you will be table served.)Do expect to be yelled your order ( not your number), then going to get it while getting mean mugged by staff. I said thank you so much and no response. Also staff is cussing in the kitchen…let’s class it up McDonald’s…I would not take my family here.

Surprisedly I was very impressed with this McDonald's! Walked in because drive through line was impossibley long. Store was very clean ( unlike some I've been to). Employees were very friendly, got our order quickly which frankly kind of scared me. Usually when they are that fast the food is stale and cold. But. Not. This. Time!!! Food was hot and fresh! Tasty for McDonald's...my husband (who is very picky about the hash browns) was happy with his meal. Good job to all the staff and management at this store! You all might just change my mind about your chain.
