Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I ordered my food 15 minutes before I got to the store. Apparently ordering from the app doesn’t mean anything. I still had to wait in line and tell them I had an order before they even started to make it. I thought the point of ordering ahead was to have it waiting before you get there. Ordered at 11:43 and didn’t get my food until 12:06.

The absolute slowest Popeyes all around. Easily a 20-30 minute wait anytime during lunch during the week. Management's fault 100% for not realizing their slow times Arrived at the drive through with 5 cars ahead of me at 12:05PM, got my food finally at 12:37PM. Unacceptably slow service. Pay your workers more if you can't hire or keep anyone.

Every single person who’s spoken to me on the intercom sounds like they’re angry or annoyed. I’d be angry too if I was stuck working in food service, but I wouldn’t take that out on people who are just trying to get food & go. It’s exhausting, so I’m not going to go to this location anymore. As other reviews have mentioned, they’re pretty slow when it comes to getting food out. I don’t think that’s a huge issue, but to each their own. My orders have always been correct also. I just really hate the energy at Popeyes. They sound like you’re inconveniencing THEM, even though they’re the ones making money.

Popeye's has always been our family's go to chicken place. Lately it hasn't been what we have depended on when we stop for a quick bite. Staff had been always curtious. "Had been" are the 2 key words. The last time we stopped the person taking my order wouldn't let me completely finish with my order before he gave me my total. I told him I still had more to add. I got the please pull forward. I repeated that I wasn't finished. With my order. Again he said please pull forward. I complied. I told him I wasn't finished with my order. His response was I gave you your total. I asked to speak to a manager to finish out my order. We eventually did get our order. The fries and chicken just warm as if it had been sitting for awhile. The coleslaw was warm and smelled rancid. We won't be going to this location again.

WATCH OUT. KAREN/KEVIN BAITING DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE EMPLOYEES NOT BEING MANAGED Employees are Karen video baiting here. Purposely, screw up orders and refuse to pick up the phone when customers call to correct; forcing the customer to physically return (they know somebody eventually will). Went back to location to get order corrected. Employees refused to correct the issue with the argument that they were out of the many items that I suggested as substitution (they offered none); even though one of the replacements I requested was an item that I DID get on my order 1/2 hr prior. By their confrontational tone and refusals, it became obvious that they were trying to anger customers. When I left, there were 3 employees squished into the tiny drivethru window; 2 flipping me off, 1 waving with their cell phone up. They were obviously expecting me to stop and confront them so they could go viral; as they were VERY prepared to take a video.
