Mcdonald's

I don't know what the problem is with this McDonalds but the service here is abysmal. The employees have the worse attitudes I have ever seen in fast food. The orders are constantly incorrect and frankly the food is at the best subpar. I understand there is a labor shortage but come on. I have given this place several opportunities (mainly because it's nearest to my house) but I'm done. Maybe instead of spending 10's of thousands on remodeling they should use that money to get some descent help. Buyer beware.

Had gotten 3 meals and my husband asked for a drink not knowing it wasn’t a drink. He thought it was the flavor of a frappe. They didn’t ask “are you sure? That’s not a drink” or anything. When we asked why we didn’t get a drink they gave attitude. We didn’t even get a receipt so we couldn’t double check to make sure everything was right. Called to tell them and they wanted us to drive all the way on the other side of town just for them to act rude. Not to mention fries were disgusting and no salt. Terrible customer service here. Y’all claim you want more money. Well do your job right and people wouldn’t care.

Every time I go here I end up waiting at least 10-20 mins at the drive thru. There is no sense of urgency here. I worked at McDonald’s yrs ago when I was straight outta high school and if we had ever kept people waiting that long every time we’d be canned. Thought maybe they were short on staff but saw at least 3 people roaming around

Ordered 2 Big Macs with no pickle allergic to the juice got 2 Big Macs with pickle had to throw them away this isn’t the first time this has happened too rest of order was ok but no sandwiches to eat at break because they had pickles on them tried to call store and no one answered unbelievable. Also when tried to call 3 times to let them know phone rings put no one answers.
