Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I debated today between going to this location and 75th and O street. I wish now I went to the O street location. I completely understand that there was an after school/last day rush, but that doesn't justify s*** attitudes. There was one employee in front taking orders and she was getting overwhelmed so another gal (darker complection with pink hair) who came up to help take orders. The expression on her face couldn't have been more annoyed. When it came time to order myself her tone and facial expressions gave the impression she hated everything about this shared experience and was very unwelcoming. As she proceeded to go behind the wall and make some orders she could be heard by myself and my daughter loudly using profanity. It was such an uncomfortable and unwelcoming experience we probably won't be coming back to this location in the future when there are better options.

The last few times their blizzards haven’t been that good or they messed up my order. They barely put any of the Oreo and chocolate pieces in the Oreo mocha fudge blizzard. There were only a couple actual M&M pieces in the M&M blizzard, and only 1 tiny chunk of Oreo in the Oreo blizzard. On one of my visits they gave me a choco brownie extreme instead of an Oreo mocha fudge. They also upped their prices. What’s going on DQ? My family is about to stop going there. It’s a huge disappointment and waste of money. Go to another ice cream shop or just buy ice cream and candy and blend it up at home.

Usually does pretty good. Forgot our queso one time. But managed to mess up one very simple thing.... Edit: we’re still getting bad items. Order the pretzel sticks again, got the pretzel sticks and they were hard as a rock. Very disappointed. Edit again: they do not know how to make a hamburger. Ordered a hamburger, add bacon. The only things on it was the burger and bacon, none of the condiments like I was supposed to have. Always something they mess up.

Called about my W2 because it hasn't showed up yet and they said they would get it taken care of. I figured if anything I would get a call back to let me know what happened to it. Instead I got a message on Facebook from some random person telling me to pick it up at the store, I'm totally okay with picking it up, but I'm not okay with the unprofessionalism of being messaged on my FACEBOOK about it. That's just straight up weird. I've never had any employer, former or current use Facebook as a method of contact... My first review was not being able to contact them because their phone rang busy for hours on multiple days and not being able to contact them at all because there was no other method of contact on their website. Just thought I'd update on this. It has seriously been a struggle trying to get my W2 from them
