Subway

I went to this Subway store for 16 years since 2006,had good services I go almost everyday Fade was manger at that time, lost a lot of weight at that time. On July 25 2021 I went in to this store at 10:30am I told them I been working double shifts, very tired. What an awesome crew,they gave me a free sandwich because I was so tired, they cared about me. Thanks for the free sandwich, I will be back. Thanks Robert, Team.

I waited in the drive thru line for at least 10 to 12 minutes when I got to the order kiosk it wouldn't take my order so i just drove to the window thinking i could give a verbal order. They wouldn't take it. Told me to just come inside. I left. Not my fault the order kiosk wasn't working i felt i shouldn't have had to wait additional time as i have a work schedule too. Normally really happy with this Subway. Just felt it should have been dealt with differently.

I've been in the service industry for over 20 years and also work in sales and customer service for a large corporation. I appreciate and expect top notch service when staff deals with customers. I recently had a less than ideal experience while ordering takeout from the Subway app. It was a simple mix-up as my bank account was charged multiple times. Mistakes happen. Rather than letting the issue go by the wayside, Robert White, GM, made it right by calling me and inquiring about the situation and showing genuine concern, in addition to a personalized letter which included some coupons and a gift card. Wow! I wanted to send another thank you and appreciate Robert and the rest of his staff for going well above and beyond to make this situation right. Kudos, guys!
