Mcdonald's

How is this acceptable and to give me another just like it when I ask for a fresh one. Expressing amusement on your face when you're confronted with dissatisfaction is unprofessional as well as arguing with the customer. You would think with all the rotation that goes on at this location there would be at least one person there to be a good role model on how to run the place. When you have a true leader in an environment you get better results. You have someone that doesn't care about providing good results while knowing they are a reflection of the business' reputation says more times you'll have dissatisfied customer and have a bad taste in the local communities' mouth. Get it together and at least pretend like you care about the customer service you're their to provide.

I had to give a star so I could post my review. This McDonald's is beyond horrible and the management is unprofessional, rude, and tell customers lies just because they don't want to deal with any of the upset customers who end up with food they didn't order, or paying for food that belonged to someone else. But instead of correcting errors they will just lie to you and tell you that it shouldn't matter since I payed less for it anyways. Then discovering that in fact i payed 4 dollars more than I should have. Yep that's what happened this morning but I didn't have time to go back and argue since I had to go to work. I will never go back to this location! To the management at this location I suggest you take a class or ten on what customer service is.

Absolute joke. Every single time without fail there is a problem. There is a tall black gentleman working in the drive thru window who is SO inapproriate. Thinks he's being funny, but he makes me and my other female friends feel unsafe. I was upset that he made a mistake with our coupon, and then proceeded to tell me I never gave him a code (which I did, and even repeated it back) and THEN told me he wasn't the one who took my order (which he 100% was). I pulled up after paying and I hear him say "Ooh she's FIESTY". I've actually left before when I realized he was working. Today, my orange juice was WARM and the manager LITERALLY SAID "Oh well. Sorry". Complete clown factory.

The food was basic McDonald's. Nothing bad or good to say, but the employees were very rude to my friend while he was ordering and seemed very incompetent. We had to rephrase a simple order (cheeseburger with extra pickles add bacon) twice. And I didn't get any ranch for my fries as I requested. Maybe the staff was having a rough day, or in training, I don't know. But I probably won't be back. But I also don't live here, so it's not like I come thru often anyway.
