Papa Johns Pizza

They delivered the pizza to the wrong address, I called and they said they couldnt do anything about it. The manager then put me on hold to talk to the delivery driver who proceeded to yell that it was already delivered and there wasn't anything they were going to do about it. Rude customer service, wouldnt bother ordering here.

What a WASTE OF A PIZZA! Ordered a medium to go 4/10/19 before 9p, but as seen in the pic there's nothing on it. The toppings alone are for a half a pizza and too much crust making it worthless to eat.. Don't go to a place looking for help, being a sign of bad management not caring for the public's interest of a "Papa John's," what use to be GOOD PIZZA.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Had a fantastic night waiting 50+ minutes after ordering, watching the tracker, before our order was suddenly cancelled. The store was closed by the time we tried to call to inquire. What horrible service. Will never order from any Papa Johns again. Looking forward to explaining my experience to my coworker who's related to the CFO.

We go here all the time and it’s usually great. But last night we ordered a pepperoni cream cheese pizza, picked it up, got home and there was no cream cheese. I called and was placed on hold for 5-10 minutes so I finally just hung up and called back and told them my pizza had no cream cheese. He was very rude and said “I specifically remember putting cream cheese on that pizza”. But said a rebake would be ready for pickup in 10 min. I get there 20 min later and still have to wait about 5 min for my pizza to be ready. STILL NO CREAM CHEESE AND THE PIZZA IS BURNT! when I say burnt I mean the crust and bottom of pizza are BLACK. At this point it was almost 2 hours after I placed my original order so I just gave up and went home. The pizza they gave me was a $10 pizza and I paid $19 for it! Also, my wings that I ordered were ice cold. We won’t be ordering from this location anymore!
