The Harbor Coffeehouse

Edit: pleased to talk with the owner which he formally apologized for this incident, thank you. As much as my girlfriend and I love coffee and brunch, there is a lady that will keep us from ever coming back here. She has been very rude on multiple occasions with orders, and I have never interacted with someone who has no respect for the customer. My girlfriend and I went for some breakfast, and after getting our order, my girlfriend's coffee was not coffee, it was syrup. She asked if she could water it down, or simply have more coffee because it was so sugary (syrup-like), she proceeded to say that "I have never had anyone not like how I make it, and that's the way it is. If you don't like it it's your fault!" Coffee isn't all that bad, but a few bad experiences with no customer service will really do it. For this, and a handful of other interactions here, I will not be returning. Unfortunate to say the least.

I went here on my day off. The workers were warm and welcoming. I didn’t have much to spend so I ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese and when my food got delivered, she came with a cup of jam to try with it if I’d like. It was fantastic! I have a new fav breakfast from just ordering a plain bagel. Oh and before I forget the food is excellent. The Harbor is a great place!

I just moved to Leavenworth. I am big on customer service and the customer service is outstanding. It appeared that’s husband and wife are running it. The wife was helpful and friendly. The husband seemed to be busy making everything. I had raspberry cheesecake which was delicious and a s’mores frappe. The atmosphere inside was cute. I went in on Saturday April 3 2020 around 5 pm. I will be back. It cost me about 11 dollars with tax but it was delicious.
