Pizza Hut

Currently waiting on them to remake my pizza. Ordered a pepperoni pizza stuffed crust. Had no sauce in the center of the pizza and was paper thin and rock hard. Called the store to have them fix it and the guy responded with "Well what do you want me to do about it?" Obviously i want an edible pizza because i chose to spend my money with your store. Most definitely will be ordering from a different company. Btw ordered the first pizza around 7:17pm, called at 8:07pm, waiting for an edible pizza now 2 hours and 30 minutes after ordering.

This was the WORST pizza order I have EVER received! One star is WAY TOO much. The estimated delivery time on the website was 30-40 minutes(It took almost 1 1/2 hours). They forgot the wings(when they finally brought them, they had put the wings ON TOP of the sauce AND they were cold). BOTH pizzas were not only cold and leathery but they had forgotten to put ANY sauce on one of the pizzas even though it was ordered with the regular amount of sauce(how do you forget to put sauce on a pizza?). The other pizza was ordered with EXTRA CHEESE(at an extra charge) and barely had ANY cheese. They offered to remake the order but we had three small children wanting to eat and waiting another hour and a half was not a viable option. There was not a SINGLE thing that was correct with the order. Pathetic!

It was again a awful experience ordering at the N48th street store. Ive never heard such bad language and cusing at another worker throwing things around in my life. I also was grossed out that the person came and took an order touching the dirty counter the cash register, the customers credit card and then not washing hands or applying gloves started making another pizza . Such unsanitary practices and disorganized and disjointed team work.

The toppings were thrown on the pizza in a way that they all sort of fell off when you pick it up. The beef has changed and its not good. Also everytime I do contactless delivery your driver rings the doorbell and waits for me to hand me the pizza. Why have the option if they never follow it. The breadsticks were good.

the pizzas i ordered were not close to what i was delivered but didn t have tine to phone in for correcting the error as i had family in town for the day so i just played it off like i got what i ordered to keep things in a good mood setting. but i would not order pepperoni on my pizzas and had 2 w/ it. and one w/ gr peppers onions and meat i know it was not the bacon and mushroom n bacon n beef n bacon x 2 like i had put in the order/ the breadsticks were greasy af but the 2 ltr of pepsi was cold. lol
