Without doubt the best, freshest and tastiest food I've ever had from any KFC in the UK, absolutely brilliant.
Let down by the miserable uninterested girl on the drive thru.

Came here after a nice morning out with the family, and decided to treat everyone to a nice, fast food meal out! Spent over £50 on meals, and everything came out pretty quickly, all things considered! We checked if our order was right, but found they’d missed one of the meals. When we spoke to Zak (the KFC worker), he was very amiable and helped us get our missing meal!! Big props and love to that lad, he’s a star worker! Zak, if you’re reading this, you’re a legend 💜

Truly awful experience. Used the screens to order as the member of staff behind the counter had her back to the restaurant & appeared to be busy. There were no wraps or rice boxes available so we ordered alternatives. There were no table numbers available so we couldn't select table service despite it being encouraged by the screen & the machine did not give us a receipt. Hubby waited to collect the order & could see all of the table service numbers stacked up behind the counter. I went to get a table & there was plenty of choice as there was only one occupied table. Every table/floor area had debris so I had to get some serviettes to clean off a booth table which was in direct view of another staff member stood round the corner chatting to her friend. Our food tray was pushed towards my hubby with no comment or smile etc & there was no side on it. My hubby asked for a copy of the receipt & was asked why he wanted it so he said it was to check the order as he thought a side should be included. The staff member had been joined by a colleague & they looked blankly at each other before checking their order screen & then putting a side on the tray. Hubby again asked for his receipt & the staff went to get the manageress who said that there was no way to get a duplicate. Hubby asked for the restaurant number & was rudely asked why he wanted it. He said it was to complete the survey on the app & staff said the number was on the receipt, which he then reminded them he did not have.
We started to eat & the food was warm rather than hot but we were hungry so carried on. Unfortunately the drinks were also warm so I went to ask for ice & was told there wasn't any. As I didn't just move away from the counter, the staff member said that she could see if there was any at the drive through counter if I really wanted some & I said I did so she got two fresh drinks with ice. The tango was virtually flat but we just wanted something to drink by that point so just got on with the rest of our meal. If it wasn't for the fact that it was 9.30pm & we were hungry as we hadn't eaten since lunch then I would have returned the food & asked for a refund.
Certainly won't go back to this outlet as the staff were completely disinterested & had a really poor attitude.

It seems most time we order here there is always something missing. We shouldn’t have to go through the our order to check every time and then have to go back. So annoying!!!
Have been back today 12th December and due to past experience checked order. Missing gravy. See photo of chips ….. half full totally useless

Visited this KFC for the first time this evening for takeaway. Well cooked and tasty chicken (best we've had at a KFC in a while!) Friendly, helpful staff, especially Shane who very kindly offered to help me carry the food and drinks to my car. Thanks Shane, much appreciated and I'll definitely be back!

I keep going back as it is convenient, but this last visit will be my last. This time I went through the drive thru, as I was in a hurry. I wanted a wrap but they didnt have any so I went for a mixed bucket for one. The chicken pieces were luke-warm, slightly undercooked and the batter was soggy. On the other hand, the mini fillets were over-cooked and dry. I didn't want fries and every other outlet has let me swap for a different side. I was informed if I wanted it, I would have to pay for it. The last time I went the tables were filthy, unwiped and with food on the floor. I didnt get a receipt from the machine and I didnt get everything I ordered and had to ask for it. I got blank looks from the staff but with persistence, I finally got the missing sides. If you are in lincoln and want KFC, go to the one on the High Street. Better cooked food, cleaner and much friendlier staff.

I have always known KFC was going 'under' for a while now but my god I didn't think it could get any worse in my precious experiences with KFC I have had undercooked chicked, soggy chicken and also unseasoned but these guys topped it all off and my partner had plastic in her chicken which she bit down on causing damage to her gumline. I also had what looked like metal filaments on the skin of my chicken piece. I took it back instantly to complain I was met by Tom the moost disgruntled pathetic excuse for a customer service tole I've ever seen.. hands dragging on the floor almost no customer service skills were present in Tom's behaviour. He decided to get me another piece that was fresh out the fryer. I began eating It only to realise it had more tiny metal bits on when I took it back again Tom's response was it's just the seasoning.. now as a chef of 8 years I'd like to think I've seen most types of seasoning and none has ever been shiny flaky and metallic like that!!! I demanded an instant refund. If his customer service had been okay I may have just wanted a refund on mine and my partners plastic/metal chicken.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS KFC FOR YOUR HEALTH!!

Although the entrance to this place off the main road can be a little tricky for some, that said there's always space to sit inside this kfc, it's clean and professionally run, I've never had any issues here at all.
