Food was meh but they messed up my order, I asked them to double my order and they added a patty, not doubled my order. On top of that I had a 10 minute wait and there was literally one other patron there. At that point was when I corrected my order, and to make things easier on them I kept my burger that was more expensive and didn't worry a out a refund. After that I had to wait another 15 minutes. This is pretty awful for an 8pm shift. The employees were just standing around talking to each other

I purchased the BOGO western bacon cheeseburger (with no cheese). The burgers were delicious, fresh, and we're definitely worth the price. Get the BOGO deal while it lasts!

I have never had a bad experience at this location. Unfortunately I don't rememeber his name at the moment but the Manager is a super awesome guy who genuinely cares about his store.

If you’re just looking for a fast food hamburger Carl’s Jr. Certainly feels that need. The prices are very reasonable and The food is good. Here you can get the green burrito as well.

Stopped on my way to work at about 9:30 pm. Ordered chicken bacon and swiss meal. The chicken was clearly old and had been in the fryer at least two or three times...Fry's were old and super greasy,, not even hot..maybe semi warm and hard as stone!.
So now I have a whole night shift 10 hrs to work with no dinner. I couldn't even eat the one bite I took the whole thing went in the garbage. This is the second time I've gotten in ebible food and will Not go back.So bad it was ridiculous !

The covid-19 farce seems to be an excuse for businesses to give poor service and deliver lower quality product. The service today was fine but the fries were undercooked and the burgers were ho-hum.
