I mean, it is fast food, but THE STAFF are awesome. I came in to place an order including something old and off menu, but they still had all the pieces and were able to customer make something for me. It was just chicken Gordian supreme, but the way the staff asked questions and took the time to find out what we WANTED and is was appreciated! Keep up the good work.

Gabriel was awesome in fixing our order! He was very nice and understanding when we explained our mix up. He had an exceptionally positive attitude and fixed our problem promptly!! This taco bell location rarely has any issues with our continuous orders and I’m happy to know if there is a problem it will be taken care of. Thank you!

Uggg...thus particular TB is so slow, that the drive thru is always packed. So I went inside, and now I understand why. There is limited Supervision and the one "supervisor " I saw, was leading the store the best they could, I guess. To say no one there has a sense of urgency to fulfill the orders is an understatement. To say that this TB needs corporate to come in and re train is a definite solution. I don't think anyone should have to wait 15 mins for 3 bean burritos, and have their food tossed to them by an employee that obviously hates their job.

I was completely disrespected by an employee this morning after simply asking for a water cup. The shorter and smaller proportioned man at the drive through called me a jackass after refusing to believe I had requested a water cup. Which doesn’t seem like it would be a big dead either way. Extremely disappointed.
