I’m done trying with this place. The kids hiding in the back so they don’t have to help customers was really it for me. Of course they do come out to fulfill Doordash orders but refuse to acknowledge in-person customers. One person helping a group of people and the others hiding in the back is just insane. I will gladly spend my money elsewhere. I’m pretty sure when Leatherbys goes in this place will shut it’s doors. Horrible service and horrible attention to paying customers.

I always go to this place almost 3x a week for our ice cream but today is my worst experience ever. My husband who is a veteran asking for a discount showing his ID and he was declined. The cashier said she cannot do the discount like we usually do (8841 Inderbir) after we pay she turned her back on us as wee are talking to her, from a far she asked if we need a bag and i said of course as we have 4 quarts of ice cream in front of us. She put the bag on top of the ice cream but never did bag them. She never handed the receipt to us, it was the other girl who gave us the reciept. She is not supposed to be working in thos place, I love this place but we don't deserved this kind of service from her. It's a nightmare for a Sunday experiene. Horrible experience!
