This restaurant always served half cooked rice at time s it’s not even cooked enough. We are paying for the freaking food don’t serve us uncooked rice. Folks having same experience please do one thing, take the food and bring it back in their face, enough people doing this is the only way to wake up these guys.

Worst chipotle location. Always dirty. The staff barely acknowledges counter customers. And there is Always meat cross contamination in the queso and salsas, which is extra gross to a vegetarian.

The most disgusting restaurant ever!! Ordered for pickup didn’t realize until I was home they put our bowls in the bag on their sides!! Both bowls had no rice. Queso was super chunky! Just not good at all!

For a Chipotle that is in a Business district timely service should be provided. 90% of the people that eat at this location only have 30 minutes for lunch. we should not be subjected to 15+ minutes lines to find out there is no more rice. I would not mind being late if i was getting what i wanted. Priority training is needed or just close.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE OR THROUGH THE APP!!! Multiple times now I have ordered through the app and they have not given me the steak or guacamole that I have selected and paid for. What is even more pathetic is that they refuse to give me a refund. Good luck to anyone that tries it!

Just save yourself the money and don’t go here. Hire some staff that can read the labels for online items, 4 times out of the last 5 my burritos/bowls were made with incorrect items. Food isn’t terrible but the quality control is the poorest I’ve seen of any restaurant

Unfortunately run by people who don't care about service. Smushed tacos in foil to the point you need to eat with a fork. Workers too busy hugging each other and kidding around rather than serving the food. Not impressed...

I hate this location. It’s always a mess. Nothing is ever cooked or ready when you need it. I really hate this place. I keep trying to go back but it jus gets worse.
