Staff super friendly and accommodating however, when I brought my boys to dine-in after the movies each and every Booth we tried to sit at was extremely messy. Tables were covered with crumbs floors had a bunch of french fries all over it. Again the staff we're super accommodating and friendly, it just was kind of unfortunate that we couldn't find a clean spot to sit.

Went through drive through a hour before they closed last night. Ordered a large fry and got a stale large fry. Went back around and ordered a CRISPY medium fry. Dude said okay, I became “that guy” and emphasize that I want them crispy and he got a litttle annoyed and said pull up. Received the fry which was the same as the last ones. Drove around again asking for a fresh fry and he was a little annoyed with me. All I learned from this was I need to be a little more of a jerk to get what I want the first time. Buddy wasted mine and his time… and I had to pay extra for some fresh fries… not cool

1/20/2022 4:48pm - Tyanne argued that I was supposed to say no cheese when ordering, we did. My daughter has an anaphylactic allergy to cheese, of course I told them and watched as he put it into the order. She got huffy and told me to park in a space that she would have to re-make it. Rest of crew were very nice and accommodating, not sure what her problem is, but I won't come to this one again.
