Johnny Rockets

The girls who work here are so sweet, keep everything clean and still work as hard as possible even though they are severely abused by the customers. It's absolutely appalling how inhumane and despicable twin river customers are treating these girls. I've been here 20 minutes and have seen each customer treating them like dogs. ITS HORRENDOUS BEHAVIOR FROM GROWN ADULTS. These people are handling your food, making sure everything is sanitary and getting paid next to nothing for the work they do. SHAME ON ANYONE WHO DOESNT GREET THESE GIRLS WITH A SMILE

Approached the counter after the young lady with some kind of forward pointing head dress with a knot pointing at me. She walked from back of the shop to the register. I approached to order. She sticks her index finger in the air and stops me from speaking she doesn't say anything. I wait a minute til she gives the go ahead. I asked for a burger she was annoyed and unpleasant. Awful place and the burger had all the black grease from the spatula when the cook put in in wraper.

Holy lack of service, Batman! After taking the order of the person in front of us, the employee left the register to presumably fill the order (and others) and did not return. Both employees ignored us when we went up to the register. After about 10 minutes we gave up and left. I get the place was understaffed and maybe busy (at 4PM? Right....) but they could have at least indicated that they needed a few minutes before they could take orders again. Or put up a sign. Instead we got ignored, so thanks for nothing.

Tried for the first and last time. Spent 18$ for a cheese burger an order of fries and a bottle of water. Took it to go. When i looked at the burger i had to toss the old rotten tomato and lettuce. The burger had no taste and was old. Most overpriced meal for me this entire year and i eat out 5 or 6 times a week. Burger King whoppers 2 for 5$ were even far better than Johnny Rockets Burger. I usually give a place another chance but this was way too bad for that to happen. The bottle water was good.

Our 1st time eating at this chain & I have to say I was blown away at how amazingly delicious the food was! I had a burger and I’ll tell ya, it was the BEST burger I’ve ever eaten at a fast food place, & by FAR. My hubby had a hotdog & was equally impressed w the quality & taste. He actually said it tasted like his moms! (His mom is an amazing cook!) Though it is a bit pricey, IMO you def get what you pay for, especially regarding food. I would much rather pay a little more if it means I’m def walking away full & satisfied.
