Wendy's

I when inside to eat around 11:30,  there was 5 people in line it took roughly 5mins to order and about the same time to get my food. I order a Jr cheeseburger, cheese fries and a medium drink and it cost $7. The cheeseburger was very good and the fries were cold.  The dining room was clean with plenty of sitting.  Over a good lunch. The employees were nice but very busy.

I’m traveling 🧳, needed a restroom pit stop, and enjoy Wendy’s so I placed a mobile order for “dine in”. The restroom had almost an inch of feces water on the floor and both toilets 🚽 not usable with waste and tissue everywhere! Horrible! Absolutely not usable. I Notified a staff member. Next they say I have to wait in line with 18 people in front of me to “check in” instead of allowing me to check in at the counter side that says “mobile orders”. 🤦‍♂️ Doesn’t make sense to wait 20 minutes in line to check in for an order I prepaid for via mobile 15 minutes before walking into the store. That was over 35 minutes for an order. After eating my food I went back to restroom bc I still needed to use it and wash up, it was still filthy! No clean up! I counted over 7 staff members working yet no one, in the span of 1 full hour, was instructed to clean the restrooms with such a large flow of customers, with children, coming in. This is unsanitary, filthy, & unacceptable! Please get better management at this location before someone gets sick 😷. 30 years ago when I worked fast food restaurants it was mandatory to make rounds to clean the restrooms and lobby no matter how busy we were or how I felt about it. Get it done or get fired! No questions asked.

I normally love Wendy's, I eat at the Siloam Springs Ar location at least 4 times a week, however this one was absolutely terrible, the burger was gross and not made fresh like I requested and I did not want mustard on it and it had tons of it and when I told the girl I couldn't eat it she said sorry so I said am u just out of luck and she said yep!!!!! Terrible food and customer service!!!!!!

Got two junior frostys in the drive thru and while in line I seen them hand two junior frostys to the car in front of me then the people in car handed them back one with the spoon in it. Then I pulled up to get my order and I believe they handed me the same ones they hand to the car before me cause they were melted and nasty

This is a disgrace, the bathroom was filthy, the soda machine was filthy, and I had to pass up 5 tables in order to find a clean one. The sandwich was okay, but the fries were cold and soggy and looked like they were cooked in old grease. The tv ad saying how great the fries are is the reason I stopped. You should be ashamed
