Pizza Hut

If you dine in you can get a fresh made pizza and it's usually right. If you get an order for delivery GOOD LUCK! You may or may not get what you ordered. It's almost always wrong and lacking in toppings and drowned in sauce. The restaurant itself is in subpar condition. The bathrooms I would avoid unless absolutely necessary. It's like a gas station bathroom in the middle of nowhere. If you get the lunch buffet good luck getting pizza. They don't stock it very quickly and usually with weird stuff no one really wants. The salad on the salad bar I'd swear has been there all day. I don't believe it gets changed unless it runs out and good luck getting your drinks refilled. There's usually 1 waitress doing the whole dinning room, 1 person doing delivery and 1 person cooking. Very understaffed!

The staff is very friendly in helping you get the most food for your money. No matter how you want to divide the toppings on the pizza they make those accommodations for you. The pizza and wings are delicious and the waiter kept checking on us to see if we needed refills or anything else. Its is kept very clean at all times.

There was people in there that let their kids crawl on the dirty floor. The diet coke tasted like club soda even though the waitress said the syrup was filled for it. The food was cold and they would take forever to put the pizza out. The poor waitress was the only one waiting on everyone out there. I was so proud of the waitress being so calm.

The thick crusted pizza on the buffet was not done all the way and doughy and the issue seem to not faze the some of the staff when it was brought to their attention. Due to a recall of romaine lettuce they used baby spinach and it was not at the head of the salad bar but, in the middle confusing customers.

The district manager was working supposedly which ment she was sitting in a booth or hiding in the back while the workers were running around to keep up. Our server Teresa was great!! Point of Interest the manager was sitting in a booth with papers and her computer and ignored the people standing at the booth next to her waiting for it to be cleaned so they could eat!! District manager of all people should know better!!she also walked past the folks waiting to pay.

Thin crust, paper thin, minimal cheese and pepperoni slices. Large size pizza didn't fill the box, almost like it was a medium/small size. The hut usually has very good pizza...this was not one of it's best. If this was first and only trip to Pizza Hut, I would not go back...but I will give them another chance.
