Dunkin'

Thieves my mother went there this morning to get avocado toast they promptly charged her for it then after they took her money they told her o we don’t have any avocado toast. So my mom asked for her money back they refused stating they can’t give refunds so when my mom asked for the manager they said o she’s not her and refused to give my mother any way to get ahold of any higher ups. So in short they will take your money for products they don’t have then refuse to give you back your money for the product they charged you for that they don’t have. So don’t go to these Thieves. would give 0 stars if able

The worst Dunkin' I have ever been in decades! When I saw it passing by I was looking forward to some fresh donuts after years. 3 donuts for more than 5 bucks. I really couldn't tell if they're 2, 3 or 4 days old... Every bite got me into deeper trouble. Shame on you to sell such trash. Let's not talk about this dirt everywhere.

Terrible. I got an avocado toast with bacon and not only was there no bacon but there was a raw piece of bacon in the container covered in poppyseeds. They didnt put in any of the 3 extra Expresso shots they charged me for and didn't give me a receipt. Didn't get to get it fixed as I was on my way to work and they don't answer the phone number listed

Honestly if I could give this place negative stars I would. I came through the drive thru for the new cake batter and butter pecan signature iced lattes 1 with almond milk, you'd think that it would be simple right!unfortunately not, they had to remake our almond milk one and it came back agian messed up but didn't bother asking to fix it, we asked where our other drink was and she went back inside to grab it and the manager came out being so rude to me yelling. I asked why she was yelling and said she wasn't yelling and could get louder if I wanted her to. I told her I wasn't coming back and she proceeded to tell me to never come back agian and if I do come back she will not serve me. I sat in the parking lot with my sister in law shocked. I suggested you go somewhere else if you want coffee that is made right and want kind service

Good coffee, donuts, and breakfast items. The service is sometimes slow, but I think they try their best. The store is frequently missing things (pieces of lights, sign pieces, etc ), so that impacts the rating for me. If these items that the customer can see are like this, it makes me wonder a little about what we can't see. Update: This store is still missing all the same things.

Every time I've come here the service is very rude. The coffee tastes like the machines aren't ever rinsed and the donuts are always stale. The building itself has missing things chipped on the signs and overall looks run down. There's also a gigantic hole in the parking lot that looks like it can ruin someone's tire. Do yourself a favor and get Starbucks or Guest House instead.
