Mmm that was sooo good! Thank you for being open on Mondays! I was at the TA truck stop having to do a long reset in my big rig... so tired of fast food. Nothing like good healthy cooking from a Happy Chef! (Thanks for coming out and saying "Hello".) Outstanding food! Friendly staff! Across the street from the TA truck stop. I'll be back.

Great! The menu and all of the selections available was a nice change. Definitely a better selection than the typical Mexican restaurant. The employees were very friendly and the restaurant has plenty of room and seating for social distancing. THANKS FOR THE GREAT LUNCH.
