About the only positive remark I can give is there is a nice small truck parking area beside this place. I used to enjoy eating here but my last visit was dissapointng. I'm normally greeted with that warm southern hospitality that's feels welcoming instead I got a woman with a nasty attitude. Honestly they were all kinda hostile . I ordered my food and asked for two scoops of ice cream. She then handed me a milkshake and I reminded her I had ordered two scoops of ice cream. Apparently that set her off. She got upset and scooped one tiny scoop into a cup and handed it to me. I asked to speak to the manager and the manager was able to take care of it though it left a bad taste in my mouth .

As truck drivers we Tried this Jacks twice trying to give it another chance. First time I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and chicken tenders for my husband and I and although the tenders where ok they gave us burgers for him and service wasn’t so good workers on phone etc but we thought we would give it another try..pretty sad when you go to kfc and 2 workers ordering chicken tender meals from there not at jacks my husband and I made a joke about it..so this morning I figured to give it a try for breakfast can’t mess that up right wrong, first off we ordered large grits with cheese and 2 sausage egg cheese biscuits waited 15 minutes for them to make the grits ok maybe not a lot of people order them but hardly any cheese in it and it was so salty we had to throw it away it couldn’t be eaten and we received only 1 biscuit wrapped in the wrong wrapper the girl said she didn’t hear us say 2..so we paid for another we have gone to other jacks and they by far are so much better than this one maybe the employees need training not sure what else to say about it. But twice weeks apart messing up us not good for any business.do not waste your money going here..

Good food, but everytime i order and get home, they forget my pie, or french fries , or my hash rounds. I like gravy biscuit, the biscuit needs help. Its supposed to be buttery but it falls apart cant swallow it. Try their crispy chicken fillet its awesome. All their foods good, just a long wait, not their fault fue to having so many customers
