Pillot Travel Center

I don't usually review Pilot/ Flying J Travel Centers because most of them are always clean both Facilities and the general building, workers are friendly and greetings you. But this one stood out when I had a shower there. I just liked the attention to detail like the potted plant saying pump 5 since I was in shower 5. The thank you card. Keep it up 👍🏽. Thank you

As a truckers wife, I've been to many Pilots and others... hands down the cleanest shower facilities we've been too. The little candy and water bottles as well as the thank you to all the hard working truckers did not go unnoticed. Was an unexpected stop on our way home for the 1st time in 2 months. Thank you for your hard work at this Pilot, we will be back!

Employee that waited on me rung me up for 3 toast sandwiches and I told him no that's wrong I wanted 3 crossiant sausage egg and cheese so he rerung it up right then went and got it I came got it the truck in pouring down rain and we left started down the road and opened them up and they was sausage biscuits hard as a brick couldn't eat them, I would have had the time and it wouldn't take a act of congress for me to turn around not to mention again that it was pour cats and dogs

This place was not busy and packed liked most truck stops are. I paid for a reserved spot just for the sole purpose of getting better wifi reception which i did not. Paid $5 for wifi premium and did a speed test to find out my internet speed here is and found out its only 1mbps! Not worth paying for and shouldn't be allowed to be charging for it. The washing machine took every bit of my money and the cashier lady told me they are not giving me my money back and when I protested that she cussed at me and her co worker very unprofessionally and walked away. Not good or professional. I would probably fire her if she was my employee for her actions and attitude. Come here at your own risk if you don't mind being disrespected and cheated out of your money for slow and poor reception on your internet speeds and the washing machines.
