Dunkin'

I was visiting family and in desperate need of high speed internet, so I ordered lunch and got some work done. Lunch was OK. I would have been much happier if they had some decent healthy options (they really don't). But darn that internet was nice and fast! Since I spent a good amount of time there, I figured it was only fair to order a something on my way out. I ordered a mint tea and ended up with mint hot chocolate. They offered to fix it, but I needed to go. You HAVE to REALLY like sweet stuff to like the mint hot chocolate!!! It was SO sweet, I was only able to drink a quarter of it. The staff was very friendly and other for my drink snafu, everything was great.

I don't normally go to dunkin' donuts but when I do I'm normally satisfied. The prices keep me from going more than once a week or so. Ordered an iced chai latte( they're so good) and a couple croissant stuffers, 15$ For me, the only thing keeping me from giving 5stars is the prices. The food and drinks(those that I've tried) have always been good.

Worst dunkin I’ve ever been too. All the employees can never hear you or get your order correct. I order my coffee the same way every time yet it’s always inconsistent. Usually tastes like straight water. Same with their hot chocolates, they are never the same some employees make them way to sweet and sometimes it’s so watery it hardly has color. I don’t waste my money there anymore.

I'm so disgusted right now. I went to get coffee this morning. It tasted like water. I tried again later in the morning. I even decided to grab my favorite sandwich. (I should not be eating it thanks to gluten but... I was going to.) My second coffee was MUCH better. But my sandwich.. no! This is the SECOND time I have recieved a BURNT croissant in 2 WEEKS! I think I'm just DONE with dunkin here now! 🤮 For the amount of money I spend there on a weekly basis.. I could save myself a lot of heart ache by just not going! I'm not a complainer. But enough is enough!
