Tracy was an absolute super star my parents got a massive puncture, she came out and helped in any way that she could, she was so help ful and we are so greatful she allowed us to use the toilets she was an absolute diamond and so kind and caring so thankyou Tracy so much for all your help you super star

Well done to the bloke of whom is apparently new there, great service and communication. The older lady there truthfully needs retaining she is rude and undermines the new guy if it wasn't for the new guy my visit would of been uncomfortable. Thanks to the new guy.

Staff are friendly and helpful, food is fast but pasty was cold. Coffee and doughnut was great.

Well it's Greggs, some days food is fresh and delicious and others cold and dry. I appreciate they can't keep it warm, but there's little need to serve knowingly cold foods.

Food spot on. Toilets there had no paper and no soap, also only one in use and for a services you can imagine the queue.
